Your My Pet Coasters & More Account

  • To take advantage of some features on our site, you may need to create an account. For example, this will allow you to retrieve information about past orders and saved items.
  • The information we save is not shared with others and is only used to help you more easily and quickly complete your orders on our site.
  • While we attempt to keep your account information available for a reasonably long period of time, we reserve the right to remove your saved information at any time.
  • By creating an account, you agree to receive promotional emails from My Pet Coasters & More. You can request not to receive these emails in your account settings.
  • Age. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to enter into a contract with My Pet Coasters & More and Digital Media Photography If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian sign this Agreement. In no case are persons under the age of thirteen (13) years permitted to use the Site.
  • “Signing” of Agreement. You “sign” and accept this Agreement by (a) clicking “I agree” at the bottom of this Agreement, or (b) uploading content to the Site, or (c) using the method expressly provided by My Pet Coasters & More mobile (or other) application.

  • All designs are copyright of My Pet Coasters & More © 2016 and cannot be used without express written permission. No reproduction in any form is permitted.
  • We have designed many styles which you can customize with your words to create something unique and personalized. These designs are only to be printed on the products we sell. Any alterations to the designs can only be made by us through a special request. We reserve the right to refuse any request.

Terms for Uploading Images

  • You must own the copyright, or have permission from the copyright holder for any images you upload to this website.
  • It is your responsibility to know if your image is copyright free. You are entirely responsible for any lawsuits brought against you if you choose to use images that you do not have the legal right to use. You agree to hold My Pet Coasters and Digital Media Photography harmless from any claim brought against you from the use of copyrighted images. If in doubt, follow this guideline: If you did not take the photo or create the art, you need permission from the person who created it. If the image you want to use is copyrighted, it is a crime for you to use the photo or image without the written permission of the owner.
  • You warrant that you have permission to use the image of all persons appearing in your photos.
  • You must not upload any images containing material that is illegal, defamatory, x-rated, or that promotes racism, hatred, discrimination or violence.
  • You agree to allow us to use your uploaded images for the promotion of our products on our website, and in ads that promote our website. If you do not wish us to use your images, please let us know and we will immediately remove them from our library.
  • We reserve the right to remove images from our server for any reason at any time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to publish any image that our staff feels is offensive.

How we use information

Our site stores personal information we collect in during the transaction process in order process the transaction and execute your order. Limited information from the order for including contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.) from the order form is used to process your orders and communicate order status including shipment tracking information.

Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary either directly or via our shipping partners including UPS, USPS and FedEx.

Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) that is collected is used strictly to bill you for products and services. Information collected on any of our forms may be used to contact you, whether by telephone, live chat or via emails in response to your inquiries. From time to time Favor Warehouse may also contact you via email to inform you of new product releases and promotions – our email marketing contacts provide a means for you to opt-out of further promotional emails.

We also work with a third party to monitor site performance and identify opportunities to improve our products and services. We do not share personally identifiable information with these third parties.

We use data from Google’s Interest-based advertising or 3rd-party audience data (such as age, gender and interests) with Google Analytics.

Data collected through the use of interest based audience data with Google Analytics is used to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your browsing history.

None of the date collected by us or through the use of any third party ever collects personally identifiable information under any circumstances.

Shipping and Returns


All non-personalized orders placed using a credit card will ship within 5 business days via USPS. We also reserve the right to ship via UPS or FedEx. UPS and FedEx delivery time is between 1 and 5 business days depending on your location. If you need your order sooner we also offer 3 day select, 2nd day air and overnight shipping. Shipping prices on heavy items or to the West coast may be slightly higher. If this is the case we will let you know right away before the order is shipped. Items that are out of stock:

If item is not in stock you will be notified of via email or telephone as to when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on the site to replace it you will receive a full refund on your order.

Fundraising Events

Many of the promotions we run are fundraisers for various groups. If your order is part of a fundraiser, we may require that you pick up your order at the event. In this case, there will be no shipping charge. If you do not pick up your order at the event, we will then ship it to you after a shipping charge has been paid. You will be contacted by email to make arrangements for the shipping charge.

Personalized Item

Personalized orders can take up to 10 business days for processing before they are shipped. If you need to rush your personalized order please email us at info@mypetcoasters.com for prices on express shipping to your area.

We do not ship internationally

Shipping outside of continental US is limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.


We accept payment by credit/debit card.

Credit Card Orders

We accept VISA, Master card, Discover and American Express or PayPal. Charges on your statement will be from Digital Media Photography.

Broken/Damaged/Defective Items

If your product(s) arrive damaged or broken we can replace the broken pieces or issue a refund on the broken pieces after they are sent back to us.
We require either photo evidence of damage or for damaged pieces to be returned.
This is required to support our claim with UPS and/or the manufacturer in the case damaged and/or defective items are reported. Favor Warehouse reserves the right to refund rather than replace items, this is especially the case when shipping discounts and/or promo codes are taken.

Typographical Errors

We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on the website. These errors occur very rarely. If you have a question about a price that seems incorrect please inform us so we can investigate and fix the problem.


If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it to us for a refund. Orders must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery to you.
Returns of non-personalized items are subject to a restocking fee of 10% or $5.00, whichever is higher, and we do not refund shipping costs or RUSH Processing fees. We do not accept returns on any personalized orders and we do not accept partial returns on regular orders.
Please email us at info@mypetcoasters.com if you would like to return your order or if you have any questions about our return policy. Orders that are cancelled before shipping are still subject to a 5% processing charge.
*Please Note: We do not accept returns on discontinued or clearance items.
**There is a $5.00 fee to change an order after it has already been processed.

Shipping Promos & Coupon Codes

When you use our shipping promos or coupon codes, My Pet Coasters & More reserves the right to refund for any pieces reported as missing/damaged given the significant shipping discount already provide.

We also reserve the right to choose a less expensive shipping method than the one selected if the delivery time will be the same.
